J is a dedicated and passionate real estate broker who has been shaping his path in the industry since obtaining his license in 2018 and his broker's license in 2022. Growing up in the Philippines and moving to the United States at the age of 13, J’s journey is a testament to resilience and dedication. With his mother founding a real estate business in 2007, essentially grew up surrounded by the dynamics of the real estate world.
After taking up culinary arts, J found his true calling in real estate and hasn’t looked back since. His background includes serving as the Public Relations Officer for the Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association from 2018 to 2022 and becoming a proud member of Toastmasters in 2019. His excellence was recognized early on when he received the prestigious Remax Executive Club Award in 2019.
J’s passions extend beyond real estate. He loves golfing, cycling, going to the gym, indulging in video games, exploring new restaurants, and cherishing moments with his wife, Princess. His life's mission is clear: to excel in real estate investment, provide for his family, retire his hardworking mother, and inspire the youth of Daly City to dream big and stay motivated.
