Stephy is a City Girl through & through… A True Native San Franciscan, she was born and raised in the Excelsior/Portola Districts. Stephy is the first generation Asian-American in her family born in the U.S. She received her CA real estate license in 2006. In her first year in real estate, she won the title "Rookie of the Year" with Keller Williams in San Mateo. Stephy is an avid supporter of team work - constantly supporting & assisting her teammates succesfully close their transactions.
Stephy's past experience consists of home sales consulting, representing 1st time homebuyers, investors, home-trades, lease contracts, probate sales, home lien sales, short sale, and foreclosures. She has knowledge and experience with single family dwellings, as well as multi-unit income properties.
