Born and raised in the Bay Area, Julia’s insight
into the East Bay housing market has helped her clients achieve their
dreams of home ownership in an increasingly competitive market. She is
deeply passionate about helping clients achieve generational wealth
through real estate, ensuring stability and prosperity for both
first-time and experienced homeowners.
With a background in tech and real estate, Julia is
highly skilled at creating a customized action plan for all of her
client’s unique needs by merging technology and market data to help
clients make informed decisions. More importantly, she
strives to build relationships centered on trust, prioritizing the
needs of her clients above all else.
In addition to real estate, Julia is also licensed in
multiple states as a Mortgage Loan Originator and helped 134 families
refinance their homes in 2021 alone. She uses her mortgage knowledge to
stay abreast of loan trends, unique programs and current rates that have
a direct impact on the real estate market for our clients.
In her spare time, Julia loves spending time with her
husband and daughter exploring beautiful hikes in the east bay. She also
teaches Hula to children at the Academy of Hawaiian Arts in Oakland.
